These are laser cut parts, not plasma cut. They are far more precise and crisp in appearance. A side-by-side comparison easily reveals the difference.
Each laser cut BBQ Smoker Hinge assembly combines smooth operation with the perfect hinge offset and lift.

Designed to fit doors with banding up to 0.25" thick and 2" wide. Each hinge assembly is made from 0.25" P&O (pickled and oiled) steel. They are ready to weld and paint with no mill scale.
These hinge assemblies work perfectly on cookers from to 60 gallons to the large 1,000 gallon tanks. They use a 0.5"x 2" inch bolt or pin (not included).
The hinge assemblies work just as well in vertical applications like on firebox doors or warming boxes.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
A typical cooker door uses two hinge assemblies while some doors may require three or more assemblies per door. For example, a typical two door cooker would require four hinge assemblies.
