These are laser cut parts, not plasma cut. They are far more precise and crisp in appearance. A side-by-side comparison easily reveals the difference.
The laser cut BBQ Cooker Door Handle Assembly is made from 1/4 inch P&O (pickled and oiled, no mill scale ready to weld). The assembly comes with a "Lava Lock" 6-inch stainless steel Cool Handle spring, 1/2 inch cold roll spring pin with stainless retaining washer and stainless cotter pin.
The design allows for the correct offset and size for large hands or use with gloves.
